Before we go any further, let’s get one thing straight. For this list, I’m talking about breakfast. Not brunch and not late afternoon eggs but breakfast. This is the very first meal of the day and it must be available before 10am. Brunch is served with a caesar or a mimosa but breakfast is served with tea or coffee, likely because you are eating it before the legal time to start serving alcohol. Brunch is a social occasion on the weekend and breakfast is the most important meal of the day any day of the week.
